Most returns tools were built for one job: process refunds faster. That helps the warehouse. But the money still leaves the store.
We saw it differently. A return request is also a moment when the customer is still talking to your brand. Handle it well, and many shoppers will happily swap for a different size, colour or product instead of asking for their money back. So we built QuickReturns to make the exchange the easy path, while keeping refunds simple for the customers who truly need one.
