Terms of Service

Effective Date:  October 31, 2025

By clicking “I Agree,” installing the QuickReturns app, or otherwise accessing the QuickReturns Service, you (“Merchant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). “QuickReturns,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Infoxen Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company operating the QuickReturns platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age to use QuickReturns. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

QuickReturns reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on our website or app dashboard. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of the Service

The QuickReturns Service (“Service”) is a post-purchase automation platform designed for Shopify and eCommerce brands.
It allows merchants to manage returns, exchanges, refunds, credit automation, and customer communication through a centralized dashboard.The Service may include:

  • Web dashboards

  • APIs and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., couriers, CRMs, or Shopify)

  • Related content, text, code, analytics, and features made available by QuickReturns

QuickReturns provides the Service to you, the merchant, for your internal business use. You remain fully responsible for your interactions and commitments with your end-customers under your own return and refund policies.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an Account through Shopify or our site.
You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  2. Keep your login credentials confidential.

  3. Be responsible for all activities under your Account.

You must ensure only authorized personnel use your account. QuickReturns reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if account misuse or policy violations are detected.

4. Subscription and Fees

4.1 Subscription

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as listed in your plan or invoice.

Subscriptions are billed through Shopify or other approved payment gateways and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4.2 Billing & Payment

All fees are:

  • Non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for.

  • Payable in USD through Shopify billing.QuickReturns does not raise separate invoices directly to merchants.

QuickReturns may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

5. Trial Period

If QuickReturns offers a trial, it will be limited — typically between 2 to 7 days.

During the trial, the Service is provided “as-is” without warranties or guaranteed support. After the trial period ends, access will automatically convert to a paid plan unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial expires.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  • Upload content violating third-party rights or laws.

  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.

  • Interfere with other users or with QuickReturns’ systems.

  • Circumvent billing or usage limits.

QuickReturns reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in misuse.

7. Data and Privacy

QuickReturns processes merchant and customer data solely for providing and improving the Service.

You retain ownership of your data, but you grant QuickReturns a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display it to deliver functionality such as returns, refunds, and analytics. QuickReturns follows industry-standard security and confidentiality measures and handles all data in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs related to QuickReturns are owned by Infoxen Technologies Pvt. Ltd.  You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.
All QuickReturns logos, marks, and product names are trademarks of QuickReturns and may not be used without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., courier APIs, CRMs, or Shopify). Your use of those integrations is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. QuickReturns is not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective until your subscription is terminated. You may terminate anytime through Shopify or by contacting our support team.

QuickReturns may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Fraud, abuse, or violation of law

  • Non-payment

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service, and we may delete your account data after a grace period (typically 14 days).

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the use of the Service. QuickReturns will not share your confidential data with third parties except as required to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” QuickReturns disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

QuickReturns and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.

In no event shall QuickReturns’ total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months of subscription.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickReturns, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service;

  • Violation of these Terms; or

  • Infringement of third-party rights.

15. Compliance and Export Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, including data protection, consumer protection, and export control regulations. You may not use QuickReturns in jurisdictions where prohibited by law.

16. Force Majeure

QuickReturns shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, system failures, or government actions.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
